Digital Marketing & Web Manager Performance Manager 

(Google Ads, WordPress, HubSpot and or GoHighLevel)  

 Full-Time in office role in San Antonio, TX  

About the Role 

We are seeking a

Digital Marketing & Web Manager Performance Manager that can manage

CKC’s full digital ecosystem, including paid advertising across Google, Meta, and other platforms; end-to-end analytics and attribution; and the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of our website to ensure performance, visibility, and measurable results. 

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will manage Google Ads, maintain and optimize our WordPress websites, administer our CRM platforms (HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel), and ensure leads are properly tracked, routed, and reported. 

 This is NOT a social media or content creation role. Applicants whose primary background is social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing will not be considered. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Google Ads, Performance Marketing, Meta  

  • Own and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search and Local Services Ads where applicable)
  • Optimize campaigns based on lead quality and ROI, not clicks or impressions
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM events)
  • Monitor and report on CPL, CPQL, conversion rate, and lead performance
  • Pause, scale, or refine campaigns based on performance data

WordPress Website Management 

  • Manage and update WordPress websites (pages, forms, plugins, updates)
  • Build and maintain landing pages tied to paid ad campaigns
  • Connect WordPress forms to HubSpot and GoHighLevel
  • Maintain site performance, basic SEO structure, and troubleshooting
  • Dev experience should be required. That is the skill needed to build our website

CRM & Marketing Systems 

  • Administer HubSpot and GoHighLevel
  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, pipelines, and lead routing
  • Ensure accurate tracking from ad click → form → CRM → reporting
  • Maintain data hygiene and system organization
  • Support reporting dashboards and performance insights

Reporting & Collaboration 

  • Provide regular performance reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Collaborate on landing page improvements and conversion optimization
  • Support ongoing system improvements as the company scales

 

Reporting Structure 

  • This role reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • No people management responsibilities
  • Works cross-functionally with leadership, operations, and sales

 

Required Experience & Skills 

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads with a focus on lead generation
  • Strong WordPress experience (site management, forms, plugins, landing pages)
  • Hands-on CRM experience with HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel
  • Experience with conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical and systems-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven

Preferred 

  • Shopify experience
  • Experience in luxury homebuilding, real estate, interior design , or architecture
  • Agency experience

Requirements 

  • Must be based in San Antonio, TX
  • No agencies or overseas contractors
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, execution-focused role
