Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Amazon Brand Account Manager to lead the development and management of our brand presence on Amazon’s marketplace. This role blends analytics, optimization, project management, and creative oversight to accelerate brand growth, strengthen our competitive position, and ensure operational excellence across all Amazon touchpoints.

Working closely with the Growth Manager, SEO department, Amazon Ads agency, and internal design teams, this person will lead initiatives that enhance product visibility, drive conversion, optimize advertising efficiency, and maintain best in class listings and storefront experiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands on experience managing Amazon Seller Central to increase product visibility and increase product BSR rankings while driving overall growth.
  • 4+ years of Amazon PPC management, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display; DSP experience is a strong plus.
  • 4+ years of keyword research experience using tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar platforms.
  • 3+ years of Amazon operations and catalog management, including inventory health, IPI monitoring, stranded inventory, case management, promotion strategy, and more.
  • 3+ years of driving traffic to Amazon storefront while strategizing continuous updates to the brand storefront optimized for conversions.
  • 2+ years of experience with Amazon Influencer or Creator marketing, including outreach, coordination, and performance tracking.
  • 2+ years of building reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with demonstrated skill in formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reporting, Insights & Analytics

  • Own all Amazon reporting across advertising, organic sales, category trends, customer behavior, keyword performance, and overall marketplace health.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps using data to guide strategy.
  • Monitor BSR trends, pricing shifts, competitor ranking movements, and seasonal demand patterns.
  • Maintain oversight of FBA storage metrics, IPI scores, stranded inventory, and case management.
  • Maintain FBA inventory replenishment reports.

2. Advertising Strategy & Agency Partnership

  • Act as the internal Amazon Ads subject matter liaison, collaborating with our external agency to ensure strategies align with NuWatt’s goals.
  • Understand and track campaign structures, placements, budgets, and performance.
  • Advocate for the company’s best interests and proactively recommend strategic adjustments.

3. Keyword Strategy, SEO & Listing Optimization

  • Partner closely with the SEO department and Growth Manager on keyword research using tools such as Helium10, DataHawk, and Jungle Scout.
  • Stay up to date with the newest Amazon SEO algorithms
  • Understand which ad placements and search inputs contribute to SEO equity (on page keywords, backend terms, auto campaign signals, etc.).
  • Lead prioritization of listing optimization cycles, determining which SKUs to update first and why.
  • Share optimization workload with the SEO Specialist, ensuring accuracy, readability, and keyword relevance.
  • Implement keyword strategy across titles, bullets, descriptions, backend search terms, and A+ content

4. Creative Direction & Competitive Research

  • Collaborate with designer to refresh product imagery, graphics, comparison charts, icons, and visuals for Amazon listings and A+ modules.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis both in and outside the lighting category to gather inspiration and identify content enhancements.
  • Ensure that updated images and design elements align with brand standards, customer expectations, and marketplace best practices.

5. Influencer & Creator Program Management

  • Lead the initial development of NuWatt’s Amazon influencer strategy.
  • Identify and outreach to creators, manage communication, and coordinate deliverables.
  • Work with the Growth Manager to determine which products should be highlighted by influencers.
  • Maintain relationships with creators, track performance, and monitor attribution analytics.

6. Operations, Catalog Health & Storefront Management

  • Handle Amazon case management (catalog issues, merges, contributions, backend attribute corrections, etc.).
  • Oversee storefront updates including navigation, product groupings, and new product launch integrations, refreshing the content periodically.
  • Support promotion planning, overstock reduction strategies, couponing, deals and bundles.

  • Improved keyword rankings and organic visibility.
  • Increased ROAS/ACOS efficiency through well-aligned advertising strategies.
  • Strong relationship and execution rhythm with the Amazon Ads agency.
  • Higher conversion rates due to optimized content and refreshed creative assets.
  • Stable FBA storage health and strong IPI scores.
  • A high performing influencer pipeline that supports consistent brand awareness.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
