Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist / Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize ROI and brand visibility while contributing to the overarching marketing strategy. You’ll manage omnichannel ad efforts, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and performance analytics in collaboration with SEO, Product, and Creative teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands on experience and 2+ years in a senior capacity with media buying experience, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Reddit Ads, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience with email marketing using platforms like Klaviyo (or similar ESP) to manage email campaigns with a proven record of increasing e-mail metrics
  • 4+ years of experience driving organic social media growth across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more, consistently increasing engagement, follower count, reach, and content interaction through data driven strategies and creative content execution.
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, including identifying and vetting creators, negotiating partnerships, managing deliverables, ensuring brand aligned content output, and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Amazon
  • 4+ years of experience growing a consumer goods brand by elevating its visual style, strengthening brand awareness, and driving sustained demand through strategic marketing and storytelling.
  • 4+ years of experience in identifying and implementing improvements of the UI/UX of a branded Shopify website to increase conversion rates
  • 5+ years of experience developing analytical reports that support data driven decision making, uncover performance trends, and pinpoint actionable areas for optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising Management

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Home Depot Ads, Amazon Ads, and ads across emerging platforms.
  • Ensure performance exceeds ROAS/ACOS, and CPA targets while scaling spend to efficiently increase overall sales
  • Continuously test and refine ad copy (headlines, body, descriptions) with structured A/B experiments to improve CTR and CVR.

Creative Development & Testing

  • Partner with the graphics team to secure high quality images and video assets.
  • Plan creative A/B tests to optimize performance across platforms.
  • Translate social and cultural trends into timely ads, posts, and email pushes.

Performance Analytics

  • Build, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards in Looker Studio (or equivalent BI tools) and Excel/Google Sheets to track campaign performance.

Content Planning

  • Develop and manage a dynamic Marketing Calendar aligned with product launches, SEO initiatives, and promotions.
  • Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly planning sessions in collaboration with other members of the E-commerce and Graphics teams to gather insights and generate ideas.
  • Continuous improvement and updates to the Shopify website while maintaining messaging consistency.

Email Marketing

  • Implement and oversee email strategies within Klaviyo for continuous improvement optimized for conversions
  • Align email pushes with ad campaigns and promotions for unified brand messaging.

Organic Social Media

  • Own the organic social media calendar, deploying content across all channels – Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, & more
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across organic and paid media touchpoints.
