About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our e-commerce growth, managing email campaigns, coordinating influencer partnerships, and expanding our product catalog across various platforms. This position requires a proactive self-starter comfortable managing multiple deadlines and driving measurable sales results.
Key Responsibilities
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will manage several core areas of our business:
1. Email & SMS Marketing Campaigns
Drive customer engagement and repeat purchases through targeted email and SMS strategies.
- Execution: Deploy four targeted emails per week based on weekly strategy meetings.
- Strategy: Utilize flash sales, daily deals, and product bundles to engage specific database segments.
- Goals: Aim for an average of $1,000 in sales per email send and help increase our overall repeat purchase rate to 20%.
2. Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships
Coordinate outreach and manage relationships across various social and community channels to broaden brand reach.
- Management: Recruit and manage partnerships with 3-5 Facebook partners and 2-3 Alumni groups per major promotion cycle.
- Channels: Explore and leverage outreach opportunities via newsletters, Substack, Reddit, and podcasts.
3. E-commerce & Website Management
Manage product listings and inventory to meet our growth targets for third-party merchandise sales.
- Product Listing: Add and optimize 20 new items to the website weekly to maximize sales potential.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels using bi-weekly vendor feed updates.
- Vendor Relations: Discover new potential vendors and manage specific assigned vendor relationships to diversify our catalog.
4. Third-Party Marketplace Optimization
Expand our sales footprint by optimizing product catalogs for external selling channels.
- Amazon: List 15 in-stock items weekly and investigate automated feed solutions for scalability.
- Social Commerce: Optimize product catalogs for direct selling opportunities on Facebook and Instagram Shops.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Big Commerce, Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and sales metrics.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
