Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading brand, growth, and digital initiatives for Sol-ti’s portfolio. This role plays a critical cross-functional leadership role, working closely with New Product Development, E-commerce, and Sales to bring innovation to market, strengthen consumer engagement, and accelerate omnichannel growth. This role combines strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution and a passion for organic products.
Career Responsibilities
- Own and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable product and innovation opportunities.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to drive DTC growth and optimize the online customer journey.
- Support website merchandising, promotions, product storytelling, and conversion optimization.
- Align digital marketing efforts with e-commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, and retention.
- Oversee social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business goals.
- Guide Influencer & Sol-ti Pro Sol-Team partnerships, community engagement, and social commerce initiatives.
- Track and analyze marketing performance across channels and campaigns.
- Manage and mentor marketing team members and external partners.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, E-commerce, Operations, and Finance.
Career Requirements/What we ask of you:
- 7–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in CPG, food & beverage, or wellness.
- Strong experience with brand marketing, product launches, and integrated campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to oversee social media strategy and content.
- Experience working on innovation and NPD pipelines.
- Experience in a high-growth, mission-driven brand environment.
- Experience with platforms including Syndigo, Bazzaar Voice, Open Sponsorship & Meta.
