Position Summary

Marketing Associate – High-Performance Automotive Aftermarket
Location Onsite | North Phoenix, AZ

Are you early in your marketing career but already building real-world results? We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who brings creativity, technical skills, and a strong portfolio to join our team in the high-performance aftermarket automotive industry.

This is an onsite, hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to own projects, see your work in market, and grow alongside a fast-moving brand.

What You’ll Work On

• Creating and managing social media content and targeted paid campaigns
• Supporting influencer-based marketing initiatives
• Designing graphics for digital, social, and web use
• Updating and managing website content and layouts
• Assisting with marketing campaigns from concept to execution

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong social media skills, including targeted advertising
• Graphic design capability with a solid portfolio of work
• Website management and basic design experience
• 1–5 years of experience preferred, but strong portfolios and proven skills matter more than years on a resume
• Interest in or familiarity with the high-performance automotive aftermarket is a plus
• An understanding of how AI integrates into marketing is a strong plus.
