ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Title: Coordinator, Marketing

Overview
CJ 4DPLEX is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator, Marketing to join our dynamic team in Burbank, CA. This role is essential in supporting the marketing department's initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of various marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the organization, distribution, and performance-reporting of key marketing campaign assets, including social content. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist with exhibitor and in-theater marketing communication and initiatives, including events, influencers, and paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data & Analytics: reporting on social conversation, asset performance (organic and paid) and overall industry trends via Brandwatch; synthesize data into actionable insights for greater team (social, creative, exhibitor, sales, etc.)
• Maintain and organize internal box folders with all digital assets (videos, posters, toolkit, logos, etc.) and updated campaign information. Includes management of Box, Hangar, Monday.com, etc.
• Maintain overall global editorial social content calendar (with Specialist)
• Uploading digital/social assets to online platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.
• Delivery of assets to partners, global international territories, etc.
• Assistance with events, exhibitor programs, influencer activations, social content development, invoice tracking and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with digital marketing, social media, content creation, data and analytics
• Background in digital/web content management
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide internal and external communication and collaboration.
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and social media platforms
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other basic content creation tools is a plus

We adhere to local regulations by disclosing pay-rate ranges where required. The actual salary will be determined based on various factors, including market data, experience, internal equity, and other considerations.
