Hiring: Senior Manager of Marketing & Growth – FluidCloud

At FluidCloud , we’re building the world’s first Cloud Cloning Platform - a platform that can clone, move, and synchronize entire cloud environments across private and public clouds in minutes instead of months.

We’re looking for a Sr Manager of Marketing & Growth, a modern, AI-native leader who can shape a movement, not just run campaigns.

This is not a traditional marketing role . You’ll architect the go-to-market engine that defines how enterprises think about multi-cloud. You’ll blend storytelling, data, partnerships, and AI automation to turn FluidCloud into the most recognizable name in cloud resilience and portability .

What You’ll Do

  • Build the category: Establish FluidCloud as the authority on multi-cloud and cloud cloning, driving Gartner and Forrester recognition and defining the category narrative.
  • Shape the brand: Craft a message that speaks to CIOs, CTOs, and DevOps leaders with clarity and conviction.
  • Drive growth: Design and execute full-funnel strategies from awareness to adoption through inbound, outbound, ABM, and partner-led programs.
  • Lead partnership marketing: Build deep co-marketing programs with CSPs to amplify reach and influence.
  • Influencer and community marketing: Turn FluidCloud into a conversation by collaborating with industry thought leaders and technical creators.
  • Master AI-driven marketing: Use and scale the latest AI tools to accelerate campaigns, automate content, and make data-driven decisions in real time.
  • Create analyst momentum: Build analyst and media relationships that shape industry perception and secure inclusion in major reports.
  • Lead with data: Integrate storytelling with measurable growth metrics to build a scalable, predictable growth engine.

Who You Are

  • 3–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure marketing .
  • Have clear understanding of Product Marketing function.
  • Proven ability to build category leadership and brand authority in a competitive landscape.
  • Strong understanding of multi-cloud ecosystems , DevOps, and enterprise GTM motions.
  • Deep knowledge of growth and automation tools
  • Hands-on with AI tools and automation — you use them to produce, test, and scale faster.
  • A storyteller, strategist, and builder who can translate complex ideas into powerful narratives.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
