The Account Executive will play a key role in supporting integrated health communications programs across earned, digital, and creative workstreams. Ideal candidates will have prior experience—or a strong interest—in the health sector and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own core account management responsibilities , including drafting agendas and recaps, maintaining status trackers, managing Teams channels and folders, and capturing meeting notes with accuracy and clarity.
  • Provide day-to-day client support , helping drive projects forward through meeting coordination, regular status updates, and proactive project tracking.
  • Support project management efforts by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure smooth, on-time execution.
  • Develop high-quality content , including press releases, bylines, social media copy, briefing documents, messaging frameworks, and Q&As.
  • Partner closely with internal teams —creative, digital, paid, influencer, media, and analytics—to support integrated client needs and produce best-in-class deliverables.
  • Conduct research and analysis , such as competitive audits, background research, and media landscape assessments, to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills , with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Leverage Veeva knowledge where applicable; experience is preferred but not required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field
  • 1 + years of experience in health communications (agency or in-house preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting communications materials
  • Ability to collaborate and contribute in a fast-paced, integrated agency environment
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate fluency in leveraging AI tools to enhance communication strategies, optimize content creation, and drive more personalized, data-informed engagement across channels

$55,000-68,000 per year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
