Key Responsibilities
- Source, contact, and manage influencer partnerships (micro + macro)
- Leverage existing influencer and media contacts to secure placements and collaborations
- Manage all brand social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and execute a content calendar aligned with launches and campaigns
- Coordinate gifting, seeding, and influencer agreements
- Track performance, engagement, and ROI of influencer campaigns
- Maintain brand voice, aesthetic, and consistency across platforms
- Stay ahead of trends in fashion, social media, and influencer marketing
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media + influencer marketing
- Existing influencer and media contacts in Miami and the U.S. (required)
- Fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and execute without micromanagement
- Must be U.S. based
Bonus (Not Required but a Plus)
- Experience with brand launches or relaunches
- PR, stylist, or fashion industry connections
- Content creation or basic editing skills
