TalentoHC is actively partnered with a growing organization affiliated with a Family Office seeking a Marketing Specialist with a focus on internal and external communication, project management, and overall oversee all marketing vendors that support the organization.

The Marketing Specialist keeps track of all initiatives done by external consultants and vendors to ensure execution of marketing efforts that build brand awareness, engage the community, and support business growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors and consultants marketing is engaged with, ensuring communication and project timelines are clearly defined and communicated internally and externally.
  • Work internally with different departments on initiatives, project and product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of marketing deliverables.
  • Attend 3-4 trade shows a year, including set up and take down if necessary and working booth.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase visibility within their own and broader entertainment communities.
  • Oversee work done by creative partners and vendors to develop content, support initiatives, drive campaign performance, and stay current with digital trends. Community, Events & Public Engagement
  • Cultivate relationships with fans, collectors, arcade operators, and key members of the community.
  • Organize and support events such as game launches, trade shows, factory tours, and influencer visits.
  • Manage outreach efforts including press materials, PR campaigns, and media collaborations.
  • Manage the merch delivery on all e-commerce orders.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in Marketing (communications, social media, photography, project management)
  • Passion for gaming, or enthusiast-driven communities is a strong plus.
  • Able to travel 3-4 times a year and stand on your feet multiple hours.
