Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning and campaign adjustments.
  • Optimize content for SEO by integrating relevant keywords and hashtags to enhance discoverability.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to manage relationship building with influencers, partners, and media outlets for broader outreach.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or other platforms to boost reach and conversions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels while ensuring content proofreading for accuracy and tone.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, video editing, and e-commerce strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to interpret data insights effectively.
  • Strong skills in photography and video editing to produce engaging multimedia content.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, partners, and community members.
  • Understanding of branding principles and public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation online.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital advertising campaigns is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40.0 per week
