Job description:
We are seeking a Digital Media & Marketing Manager to oversee and execute marketing strategies for a leading hospitality and events organization. This role is responsible for enhancing brand visibility, increasing bookings, and engaging with customers across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in hospitality, event marketing, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital campaigns to promote events, weddings, and corporate functions
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that drives growth and interaction
- Oversee website updates, SEO strategies, and online advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Design and distribute email campaigns and newsletters
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials and initiatives
- Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and local partners
- Track and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
- Capture and edit photo and video content to showcase offerings
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
- Background in hospitality, events, or media industries is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Photography and video editing skills are a bonus
