Position Summary
The Director of Hospitality, Culture, Guest Experience & F&B/Restaurant Marketing is responsible for shaping and elevating all guest-facing touchpoints across the organization. This cross-functional leadership role integrates hospitality excellence, food & beverage experience oversight, restaurant marketing strategy, and cultural brand alignment.
The position acts as the connective tissue between Operations, Culinary, Marketing, PR, and Brand Experience—ensuring cohesive execution of service standards, guest journey design, experiential programming, and F&B-driven storytelling.
Core Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience Leadership
- Develop and maintain the organization’s overarching guest experience standards.
- Map and refine the full guest journey: arrival service flow culinary storytelling departure.
- Ensure ambiance, room energy, pacing, and service delivery reflect brand culture.
2. Food & Beverage Experience Leadership
- Partner with Culinary to translate menu vision into table-side storytelling, service rituals, and guest-facing presentation.
- Oversee consistency in F&B delivery, menu rollout support, and experiential food moments.
- Identify signature dishes, content moments, menu highlights, and hospitality rituals that drive revenue and brand differentiation.
- Support beverage and mixology teams in developing elevated service patterns and experience cues.

3. Restaurant Marketing Integration
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure that the restaurant’s brand, culture, and culinary identity are expressed consistently across visual, digital, and experiential messaging.
- Support creation of content strategies, marketing assets, and hospitality-forward storytelling.
- Assist with photography sessions, press tasting coordination, influencer hosting, and menu launch campaigns.
- Provide operational insight for marketing decisions related to promotions, events, and brand partnerships.
4. Culture & Service Training
- Lead cultural onboarding, emotional intelligence training, and FOH development.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings that integrate culinary updates, guest feedback, brand talking points, and marketing priorities.
- Build a strong service culture grounded in authenticity, warmth, and brand identity.
5. VIP, Influencer, Media & Industry Hosting
- Serve as the primary host for VIP guests, tastemakers, media, and partnership partners.
- Curate personalized experiences that enhance brand perception and F&B storytelling.
- Coordinate with PR and Marketing to support strategic hosting, media visits, and social media visibility.
6. Experiential Programming & Events
Support development and execution of F&B events, seasonal activations, chef collaborations, cultural nights, and beverage-driven programming.
Ensure operational alignment and guest experience cohesion across all event moments. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the liaison between:

Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in elevated hospitality leadership (restaurants, hotels, or experiential venues)
- Background in F&B service leadership, restaurant marketing, or experience-driven hospitality
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of brand expression in both service and marketing channels
- Expertise in staff development, guest relations, and cultural hospitality
