Senior Marketing Manager New Realm Brewing Role summary
The Senior Marketing Manager is the strategic marketing lead for New Realm Brewing. This role owns the marketing vision and plans for each location and the brand overall, ensuring alignment across digital, on-site, events, loyalty, and partnerships. This person sets direction, prioritizes initiatives, manages agency relationships, and partners closely with operations to drive traffic, sales, and brand relevance. This role is not a day-to-day executor. A strategic owner builds the roadmap and ensures strong execution through internal support and agency partners. Key responsibilities Strategy & planning
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies for each New Realm Brewing location, aligned to brand goals, seasonal priorities, and business needs
- Own the marketing calendar across locations, including campaigns, events, promotions, and brand moments
- Define clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for all marketing initiatives
- Balance brand-building and performance marketing to drive both awareness and revenue
- Own the New Realm Brewing website as a core guest experience and revenue-driving channel
- Set strategy for website content, structure, navigation, and conversion optimization
- Partner with agency and internal teams on ongoing SEO strategy, including local SEO, content optimization, and technical best practices
- Ensure the website supports reservations, events, private dining, catering, and brand storytelling effectively
- Regularly review site performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to operations and leadership
- Translate business goals into clear marketing direction for the junior marketing role and agency partners
- Provide guidance, prioritization, and feedback to ensure work stays focused and effective
- Act as the central point of accountability for marketing performance
- Be the main point of contact for the external marketing agency
- Set strategy and expectations, review plans, and ensure timely execution
- Evaluate agency performance and make recommendations for optimization
- Coordinate influencer, media, and partnership strategies with agency support
- Ensure consistent brand voice, look, and feel across all channels
- Oversee messaging across social, email, SMS, loyalty, website, and on-site materials
- Identify opportunities to strengthen guest engagement, community connection, and loyalty
- Review campaign performance and insights regularly
- Make data-informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed
- Report results and recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands
- Proven experience leading restaurant marketing strategy
- Comfortable managing agencies and cross-functional partners
- Strong strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves when needed
- Confident communicator with operators and leadership PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Office based position in either our Virginia Beach or Atlanta with travel required between our other locations
