We are a seasoned team of traditional retail and ecommerce operators already scaling several consumer brands with proven product-market fit.

Role Overview

As our Affiliate Marketing Coordinator (TikTok Shop) will be responsible for scaling, optimizing, and managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs across our wellness portfolio. This role requires someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience directly managing TikTok Shop creators and affiliate programs for brands that perform well in the TikTok Shop ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Management

• Manage TikTok Shop affiliate outreach, onboarding, and communication for 1–2 wellness brands.
• Work across flagship brands including Happy Healthy Hippie, and Prime Labs.
• Oversee creator support, ensuring affiliates receive briefs, product, assets, and guidelines that set them up for success.

Content & Performance Optimization

• Identify and recruit creators with strong ROAS and proven conversions.
• Review content submissions and identify what drives performance—hooks, formats, creators, and trends.
• Provide feedback and strategy recommendations to improve creator success and strengthen partnerships.

Program Growth & Reporting

• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs (GMV, ROAS, number of videos posted/generating revenue, etc.)
• Help manage incentive programs, flash bonuses, challenges, and giveaways to increase creator output.
• Test and analyze new offers, promo strategies, and affiliate tools.
• Support onboarding creators to our community Discord, ensuring a cohesive, engaged creator network.

Cross-Brand Collaboration

• Support influencer events, brand activations, and photoshoots (occasional LA in-person presence).
• Work closely with the broader Influencer & Affiliate team to align TikTok Shop with other marketing initiatives.
• Assist in developing newsletters, community updates, and communication that strengthens long-term creator relationships.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of affiliate or influencer marketing experience directly within TikTok Shop—required.

Candidates without TikTok Shop experience will not be considered.

• Demonstrated success managing creators who drive meaningful GMV and ROAS.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, TikTok trends, and what makes content convert.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-first approach to creator management.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in or near Los Angeles (preferred) for occasional in-person activations.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop partner tools such as FastMoss, Refersion, UpTik, Kalodata, and TikTok’s Seller Center.
• Experience working with brands in beauty, wellness, or supplements.
• Prior involvement in large-scale creator programs, affiliate ecosystems, or e-commerce-driven UGC models.

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
