About Us

Custom Pool Pros is a leading luxury pool and outdoor living builder, known for transforming backyards into high-end retreats. We’re looking for a senior-level, hands-on Social Media Manager & Creative Ad Strategist to own our brand presence, content strategy, and paid advertising efforts across digital platforms.

This role is not entry-level. We are specifically seeking someone with 5+ years of real, professional experience managing social media, creative strategy, and ad campaigns for established brands or businesses — no internships or junior-only backgrounds.

Content Creation & Social Media Management (Core Focus)

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut (required)
  • Design supporting graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools
  • Own and manage content calendars with a focus on brand awareness, engagement, and lead support
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Actively engage with followers, comments, and related accounts to increase visibility and brand authority
  • Capture, organize, and showcase 5-star reviews, testimonials, and project highlights
  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns aligned with company goals and seasonal promotions
  • Write and assist with blog posts and supporting written content as needed

Brand Strategy, Advertising & Growth Initiatives (core focus)

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
  • Build and execute brand awareness and promotional campaigns (organic + paid)
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Analyze competitors’ digital presence, ad strategies, and messaging to identify opportunities
  • Identify and target key customer audiences with platform-specific strategies
  • Track results, report insights, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices

Influencer, Podcast & Collaboration Support

  • Identify and collaborate with local influencers, creators, and community partners
  • Support podcast-related content including recording, editing, clipping, and promotion
  • Manage your own workflow, deadlines, and priorities with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams

Web, SEO & Analytics (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, BrightLocal, Google Analytics, or similar
  • Basic understanding of keyword research, local SEO, and performance tracking is a plus

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience managing social media, creative content, and digital marketing for a brand or business (no internships)
  • Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut (required)
  • Strong visual storytelling ability and creative judgment
  • Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools (Metricool, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
