Evans Sneakers is a fast-growing sneaker and apparel e-commerce business selling across our website, TikTok Shop, and multiple social platforms. We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own our digital presence, drive traffic and conversions, and scale our TikTok Shop and social commerce strategy.

This role is execution-focused. You will manage content, creators, product listings, SEO, and performance tracking across all channels.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Website (EvansSneakers.com)

  • Own day-to-day marketing performance of the site
  • Optimize product pages (titles, descriptions, imagery, SEO)
  • Manage collections, promotions, and featured products
  • Improve conversion rate (CRO), AOV, and retention
  • Coordinate with ops on inventory-driven promotions
  • Monitor site analytics (traffic, conversion, bounce rate)

TikTok Shop

  • Own TikTok Shop marketing performance
  • Optimize product listings (titles, thumbnails, pricing strategy)
  • Coordinate with affiliate & creator teams
  • Launch and manage promotions, coupons, and campaigns
  • Track GMV, creator performance, and content trends
  • Identify winning SKUs and scale them

Social Media (All Platforms)

  • Oversee content strategy for:
  • TikTok
  • Instagram
  • Other relevant platforms
  • Coordinate posting calendars
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Repurpose high-performing TikTok content across socials
  • Work with creators, influencers, and internal team members

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Optimize on-site SEO (product pages, collections, metadata)
  • Keyword research for sneaker & apparel search intent
  • Improve organic rankings and long-tail traffic
  • Coordinate blog or content strategy if applicable
  • Monitor Google Search Console & SEO tools

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on:
  • Traffic
  • Conversion rates
  • GMV
  • ROAS (if applicable)
  • TikTok Shop metrics
  • Weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Identify what’s working and what’s not
  • Make data-driven recommendation

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 2–5 years experience in e-commerce or social commerce
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop & social selling
  • Comfortable executing, testing, and iterating quickly
  • Data-driven, organized, and proactive
  • Retail, sneaker, or fashion experience preferred
  • Not an agency strategist — a doer
