Social Media Manager

We’re Hiring: Social Media & Content Manager

Location:  Fort Worth, TX (In-Office)

Type:  Full-Time

Salary:  $50,000

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating, moving quickly, and contributing across multiple areas of a growing business.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and execute content across all company social platforms

• Design social graphics, still images, and visual assets

• Edit short-form video content and recap videos

• Highlight brand partnerships, talent wins, events, and campaigns

• Develop content ideas for both the company and our talent

Community Management

• Respond to comments and DMs on company social accounts

• Engage with talent posts from the company account

• Flag important messages or opportunities to the team

Website & Marketing Support

• Update and maintain the company website

• Create and send weekly brand email blasts

• Create monthly newsletters for brands and talent

• Send monthly SMS content ideas and priority pushes to talent

Deck & Design Support

• Build brand, event, and internal decks as needed

• Ensure brand consistency across all materials

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing

• Strong Canva skills (Adobe Suite a plus)

• Experience editing short-form video

• Comfortable updating websites (Squarespace preferred)

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Experience in influencer marketing is a plus

Experience using MailChimp and designing email marketing campaigns
