Location : Remote (U.S. based working Los Angeles PST business hours)

Compensation : Based on project scope and deliverables

Overview

Social House, Inc. is seeking a qualified independent contractor to provide influencer management services in support of social media campaigns across the lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and consumer product industries. The contractor will work on a project basis, supporting influencer strategy, activation, and performance reporting for designated client campaigns.

This engagement is non-exclusive, independent, and is scoped per client and project. While the contractor may collaborate with internal teams for alignment, they will maintain full control over the means and methods of service delivery, except where mutual milestones or deliverable timelines are established in writing.

Scope of Services

The contractor may be engaged to perform any or all of the following services, depending on project needs:

Influencer Strategy & Research

  • Recommend influencer strategies tailored to client objectives and platform norms
  • Identify and evaluate creator partners in alignment with campaign goals
  • Monitor industry trends, platform changes, and compliance requirements (e.g., FTC, ASA)

Campaign Execution

  • Manage all phases of influencer activations, including outreach, briefing, negotiations, and contract coordination
  • Oversee content delivery timelines and ensure alignment with client guidelines and brand voice
  • Track and review influencer output to ensure quality and campaign relevance

Relationship Management

  • Maintain creator and agency relationships that benefit future campaign opportunities
  • Act as a liaison with creators throughout the contracted campaign timeline
  • Provide feedback or recommendations as needed to improve outcomes

Performance & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign results using platform and influencer metrics
  • Deliver performance summaries and provide actionable optimization recommendations

Budget Administration

  • Work within agreed-upon campaign budgets
  • Negotiate equitable creator compensation and track contracted payment terms

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency, brand, or platform)
  • Knowledge of the influencer ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience using influencer platforms and databases such as Grin, Aspire, CreatorIQ, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns with minimal oversight
  • Familiarity with FTC disclosure guidelines and platform compliance requirements

Preferred

  • Past work on influencer campaigns in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle verticals
  • Experience drafting briefs or content outlines
  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace)

Engagement Terms

  • This is a freelance contractor engagement, not an offer of employment.
  • Contractor is not eligible for employee benefits, including health coverage, paid leave, or company-sponsored retirement programs.
  • Contractor is responsible for providing their own equipment and workspace.
  • Access to internal tools (e.g., Slack) may be granted for communication purposes only and must be used exclusively for this engagement.
  • Contractor retains control over their schedule, except where specific campaign deliverables or client meetings are mutually agreed upon in advance.
  • Campaign scope, deliverables, deadlines, and compensation will be outlined in a Deal Memo issued for each project.
  • NDA and IP assignment requirements will be detailed in the contractor agreement signed upon engagement.
