<Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; analyze data with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and relationship management.
- Schedule posts efficiently using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer; ensure consistent messaging aligned with branding guidelines.
- Proofread all content meticulously to maintain high-quality standards; oversee branding consistency across all marketing materials.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic search rankings; implement SEO best practices into content creation efforts.
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to develop promotional campaigns that drive online sales; incorporate video editing skills for engaging multimedia content.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to innovate our social media marketing approach.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing roles; familiarity with social media marketing strategies is essential.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), and keyword research techniques.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms.
- Skilled in content creation—writing, editing, proofreading—and capable of producing visually appealing multimedia content.
- Knowledge of social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and community stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data insights from Google Analytics or web analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging visual content is a plus.
