Brand Manager & Executive Assistant - Social Media

Role Description

We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant to our Media Team in Dallas, TX — someone who loves staying organized, thrives in fast-paced creative environments, and enjoys being at the center of the action.

Our team produces hundreds of millions of views every month across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat. Your mission? Keep the team running smoothly behind the scenes so we can stay focused on our mission to inspire and empower a generation of women. Think of yourself as the glue that holds the creative chaos together!

You’ll help manage collaborations, work with brand partners, manage calendars, coordinate shoots, organize content schedules, prep materials, communicate with partners, track tasks, and bring a calm, positive vibe to a very fun and fast-moving environment. Qualifications

• Ultra-organized and detail-obsessed — you can juggle a million moving pieces and still keep everything neat.
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with creators, editors, brand partners, and leadership.
• Experience in social media, influencer management, content creation, production, or entertainment is a big plus (but not required).
• Comfortable with fast-paced, always-changing creative environments — you thrive in the energy.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, scheduling tools, project management apps (Notion, Asana, Monday), and basic file organization.
• A proactive problem-solver — you anticipate what the team needs before they even ask.
• Organized with content calendars and familiar with social platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat.
• Positive, upbeat personality that keeps the team feeling grounded, supported, and excited to create.
• Able to handle confidential information with maturity and professionalism.
• Past experience supporting executives or creative leads is a plus.
