We're backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Twitch, and Google. We’ve built a repeatable system for turning founder-led content into meetings, pipeline, and brand power.

This is not traditional marketing. This is full-stack growth, combining PLG, paid, content, and systems thinking to drive explosive revenue growth. We are looking for a high-agency operator to help architect and execute the growth engine of a generational B2B company.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-funnel growth systems – from paid ads and landing pages to nurture flows, conversion paths, and product-led loops.
  • Run top-of-funnel acquisition – own paid, content, SEO, and LinkedIn strategy to grow ICP awareness and pipeline.
  • Launch and scale campaigns – events, webinars, influencer drops, partner co-marketing, and beyond.
  • Systematize execution at scale – build repeatable processes, playbooks, and growth infrastructure to ship fast and grow efficiently.
  • Lead a forward-deployed team – manage and mentor growth contractors, freelancers, and future full-time hires driving execution across client and internal campaigns.
  • Drive results across a portfolio of initiatives – treat each campaign like a growth P&L. You’ll be leading growth across multiple experiments and clients—not just one product.
  • Act as executive partner on key campaigns – collaborate directly with founders, marketing leaders, and high-priority accounts to deliver impact.
  • Design internal systems – build onboarding, training, and day-to-day tooling to set your team and cross-functional partners up for success.
  • Partner cross-functionally – work closely with GTM, Product, Client Success, and Engineering to align growth efforts with revenue goals.
  • Analyze and optimize – define and improve key growth metrics across every stage of the funnel.
  • Own distribution – make our insights, stories, and product updates unmissable on LinkedIn and beyond.
  • Experiment constantly – leverage AI, n8n, scrapers, and advanced workflows to out-ship larger teams.

  • B2B-native – You speak the language of founders, GTM leaders, and SaaS execs.
  • Startup-ready – You thrive in chaos, operate autonomously, and don’t need anyone to tell you what to do.
  • AI-augmented – You use AI to work faster, test campaigns, and multiply your output.

  • Experience leading growth at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with PLG and sales-led hybrid funnels
  • Comfort managing contractors (designers, devs, etc.) to get campaigns out the door
  • You’ve built LinkedIn as a distribution channel for a founder or brand
  • You’ve scaled paid media from 0 to something meaningful
