The Opportunity  

We're seeking an exceptional Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution across all platforms. This is a rare opportunity to blend data-driven marketing with high-profile content creation, working alongside professional athletes, celebrities, politicians, and influencers while representing one of Pennsylvania's most innovative law firms. 

You'll be at the intersection of sports, culture, and purpose-driven legal advocacy, creating content that matters, building relationships that amplify our reach, and using analytics to continuously optimize performance. 

What You'll Do  

Strategic Leadership  

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies informed by data analysis, audience insights, and business objectives
  • Mine platform analytics, web analytics, and campaign data to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to align social media initiatives with firm-wide marketing goals

Influencer & Partnership Management  

  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, athletes, celebrities, and public figures across our sponsorship portfolio including the Eagles, Steelers, and FIFA World Cup partnerships
  • Identify and vet potential influencer collaborators who align with our brand values and can authentically connect with our target audiences
  • Negotiate partnership terms and manage ongoing influencer campaigns from concept through execution and reporting

Content Creation & Management  

  • Create compelling, on-brand content including photography, graphics, and copy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house videographer and editor on major video productions and campaigns
  • Independently shoot, edit, and produce social-first video content when needed, with the ability to elevate quick-turn content to professional standards
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting cadence and timely response to cultural moments and trending topics
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to capture content at events, sponsorship activations, and firm activities
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content while adapting creative approaches for different platforms and audiences

Analytics & Reporting  

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs including engagement rates, reach, conversions, and sentiment
  • Conduct competitive analysis and social listening to inform strategy adjustments
  • Present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and firm stakeholders
  • Test and optimize content approaches based on performance data

What You Bring  

Required  

  • 4-6 years of professional social media management experience, bonus is you have direct experience in professional services, sports marketing, or brand partnerships
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through data-informed social media strategies
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing, analyzing, and deriving actionable insights from social media analytics tools (native platform analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation across multiple platforms and formats
  • Experience managing influencer relationships and executing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
  • Video shooting and editing skills with an eye for compelling storytelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone for different audiences
  • Understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects independently

Preferred  

  • Experience in legal, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
  • Background in sports marketing or entertainment partnerships
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising and campaign management
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CDP systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
