Social Media & Event Content Coordinator

Foodees Food & Culture Festival is a nationally touring food festival brand producing large-scale events across multiple states. We are hiring a Social Media & Event Content Coordinator who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused to support our marketing efforts from a remote position, with occasional in-office collaboration.

This is not a traveling role and not an influencer position.
This is a creative production role inside a fast-paced events company.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating, editing, and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and related platforms
  • Editing photo and video content using Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
  • Photoshop
  • Lightroom
  • Premiere Pro (or similar video editing software)
  • Writing clear, engaging captions tied to specific events, vendors, and calls-to-action
  • Executing content based on an established marketing plan while contributing creative ideas
  • Preparing and organizing content for upcoming events and campaigns
  • Supporting event promotion with graphics, short-form videos, and recap content
  • Coordinating with marketing leadership and other team members to ensure timely execution
  • Attending occasional in-office days for planning, coordination, or content needs

You will be expected to produce consistently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.

Creative & Technical Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Photoshop
  • Lightroom
  • Premiere Pro (or equivalent video editing tools)
  • Experience creating content for brands, businesses, or events
  • Strong creative eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling
  • Ability to edit both photo and video content
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Not a strategy-only or director-level role
  • Not an influencer or personal brand-building position
  • Not a passive posting job

This role is for someone who enjoys doing the creative work, not just planning it.

  • Can manage time effectively in a remote role

Experience with festivals, live events, or fast-paced brands is a plus, but not required.
