- Manage daily social media operations using platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize content timing for maximum reach.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing campaigns.
- Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost visibility and generate leads while managing ad budgets effectively.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners through relationship management practices to enhance brand reputation and public relations efforts.
- Oversee branding initiatives ensuring visual consistency across all digital assets while maintaining a fresh and innovative online presence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce promotions, product launches, and digital marketing campaigns to maximize outreach.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice before publication.
