Sønderhaus is seeking a data-driven, sales-focused Marketing Manager with a strong lifecycle marketing background to lead strategy and execution across our marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to guide customers through the full journey—from first touch to repeat purchase—while driving measurable growth.
Founded by three sisters and a best friend, Sønderhaus is a heritage-inspired women’s clothing brand rooted in community, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can balance brand storytelling with performance, and who is excited to execute, analyze, and optimize.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute Sønderhaus’ marketing and lifecycle strategy with a focus on conversion, retention, and revenue
- Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team across all major channels
- Build and refine customer journeys across acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation
- Create clear, actionable campaign briefs and lead projects from concept through execution
- Oversee and optimize marketing across: Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Performance Advertising, Email & SMS (lifecycle, flows, and campaigns), Events, pop-ups, and in-person activations
- Analyze performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase rate, LTV, and revenue by channel
- Use data and testing to continuously improve performance across the funnel
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with sales goals
- Manage timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple concurrent campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, with hands-on lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing experience
- 2–3 years of management or team leadership experience
- Strong experience with email and SMS platforms and customer segmentation
- A highly data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance and reporting results
- Proven ability to execute—not just plan—campaigns end to end
- Sales-focused thinking with a clear understanding of how marketing impacts revenue
- Experience in DTC, e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Appreciation for brand, storytelling, and long-term customer relationships
Location & Schedule
- Full-time, in-office role
- Based in American Fork, Utah
- Candidates must be able to work in person in the greater Salt Lake County / Utah County area
