About the Role
Dandy is hiring a Growth Media Manager to build, scale, and optimize our direct media buys and direct mail programs at a high-growth, venture-backed company. This role sits on the Growth team and is responsible for driving qualified pipeline through strategic media partnerships, paid content distribution, and direct mail program.
You’ll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our growth media efforts — from partner selection and negotiation to campaign execution, lead flow management, and performance optimization. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy, build world-class programs, and work closely with Sales and Growth Marketing.
Direct Buys & Partnerships
- Own Dandy’s direct media and partnership strategy with a focus on podcasts, email newsletters, display takeovers, and influencer / creator partnerships, testing and scaling channels that drive both brand impact and measurable performance.
- Position Dandy at the forefront of the dental industry by partnering with creators, publishers, and platforms that shape key industry conversations and trends.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including partner selection, content strategy, asset delivery, and performance reporting.
- Build and execute a full-funnel growth media strategy, intentionally balancing brand-building efforts with performance-driven activations.
- Amplify Dandy’s owned assets (webinars, ebooks, case studies) through paid distribution and partner channels
- Develop and maintain clear campaign calendars, documentation, and processes, ensuring multiple programs are tracked and delivered on time.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure clean attribution, lead routing, and performance visibility from partner activation through pipeline.
- Partner with Sales and SDR teams to assess lead quality, share learnings, and refine partner, audience, and messaging strategies over time.
Direct Mail Program
- Own Dandy’s direct mail strategy across postcards, catalogs, and gifting to reach both SMB and Enterprise audiences.
- Develop segmentation, personalization, and offer strategies to improve response and conversion rates.
- Manage vendor relationships covering production, personalization, and distribution.
- Allocate budget and prioritize programs based on performance and growth opportunity.
- Analyze results and continuously optimize direct mail for engagement, ROI, and pipeline impact.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6+ years of experience in B2C Performance marketing or B2B demand generation, media buying, or performance marketing, with at least 2+ years managing direct media buys
- Proven experience negotiating and managing partner relationships and direct buys
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data, manage budgets, and optimize for CPL, lead quality, and pipeline impact.
- Highly organized and process-driven, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensuring clean execution end-to-end.
- Performance marketing & analytical mindset. We are very data-driven!
- Experience in B2B or B2C high growth company
- Ability to problem solve autonomously and prioritize work based on a hypothesis driven approach centered around business value
- Overall track record of professional and academic success

Compensation Range: $127.5K - $150K
