Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts from strategy to execution. You'll develop and implement comprehensive campaigns to generate qualified leads, build brand awareness, and support our sales manager and team in selling out new communities quickly. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with real estate or home building experience who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to new home developments, signage, including digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, SEO/PPC), social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Create compelling content for virtual tours, model home visuals, community brochures, managing website, website updates, and social media to showcase our homes, communities, and lifestyles.
- Manage lead generation initiatives, track ROI using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Follow up Boss (or similar CRM), and marketing automation platforms.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing with inventory, pricing, and community launches.
- Oversee branding, website management, and partnerships with local influencers, real estate agents, and vendors.
- Coordinate events such as grand openings, model home tours, and community outreach.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and buyer demographics in the Nashville area to refine strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and external agencies/vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, home building, construction, or residential development.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management for high-value products/services.
- Strong proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and content platforms.
- Experience with real estate-specific marketing (e.g., MLS integrations, virtual staging, drone photography) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, creative mindset, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of Nashville's real estate market and growth areas is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a startup-like environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
