We’re seeking a Marketing Recruiter with a strong passion for branding, storytelling, and wellness-driven consumer products to support the growth of our marketing and creative teams. This role will be responsible for attracting and hiring top-tier talent across brand, marketing, creative, digital, and growth functions , ensuring every hire aligns with our brand values, voice, and culture.
This is a highly collaborative, candidate-facing role ideal for someone who understands the intersection of talent acquisition and brand building within a fast-paced CPG / beverage environment .
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Recruiting
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for marketing-focused roles including:
- Brand Marketing
- Growth & Performance Marketing
- Influencer & Community Marketing
- Creative (Design, Copy, Content)
- Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Product Marketing & Innovation
- Partner closely with Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Growth leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and brand voice.
- Translate brand values, wellness mission, and employer brand into compelling candidate outreach and storytelling.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate touchpoint reflects the company’s wellness-driven, consumer-first ethos.
- Craft engaging job descriptions and outreach messaging that resonate with marketing and creative talent.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
Sourcing & Talent Strategy
- Proactively source passive marketing talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, creative platforms, referrals, and niche wellness/CPG networks.
- Build and maintain pipelines for high-impact marketing roles aligned with future growth.
- Stay informed on marketing, branding, and wellness industry trends to advise hiring managers on competitive talent landscapes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with People Operations and Leadership to align hiring strategies with company growth goals.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by ensuring inclusive sourcing and hiring practices.
- Assist with interview structure, candidate evaluation, and hiring decision-making.
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on marketing, brand, creative, or growth roles
- Experience recruiting within CPG, beverage, wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands preferred
- Deep understanding of marketing functions, branding principles, and creative workflows
- Proven ability to partner with senior marketing stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to tell compelling brand stories
- Passion for wellness, consumer products, and purpose-driven brands
