Manager, Brand Partnerships – Fashion & Luxury
About the Role
Bose Corporation is seeking an experienced and strategically driven Manager of Fashion & Luxury Brand Partnerships . This role will focus on cultivating and executing high-impact brand partnerships that reinforce the cultural relevance, driving consideration for our iconic Bose premium audio brand and luxury brands, McIntosh and Sonos Faber.
You will develop and manage partnerships across fashion, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, media and entertainment sectors—building immersive customer experiences and elevating brand visibility in cultural spaces that matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate collaborative product opportunities with fashion and design brands that align with brand ethos and aesthetic.
- Identify and secure product integration and barter opportunities with luxury and endemic hospitality destinations, including high-end hotels, private membership clubs, hi-fi lounges, and vinyl bars.
- Lead partnership initiatives with luxury publishers and studio productions to place Sonus Faber and McIntosh in editorial shoots, set designs, and lifestyle coverage.
- Develop and execute branded events for cultural tastemakers, ensuring a high-touch, brand-immersive experience that showcases the craftsmanship and cultural credibility of our audio solutions.
- Curate experiential activations for Bose luxury audio brands, collaborating with respected artists, producers, and cultural influencers who embody the authenticity and artistry of analog sound.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, PR, product, and sales to ensure partnership activations are aligned with business priorities and brand messaging.
- Negotiate and manage partnership contracts, budgets, timelines, and KPIs with precision and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in brand partnerships and experiential marketing—ideally within fashion, luxury, PR, or lifestyle sectors.
- Deep network in the fashion business.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing luxury brand collaborations and activations.
- Passion for music, design, culture, and audio experiences.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of New York, New York is: $122,800-$168,850.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
