Summary:
The Nightlife Content & Community Manager is responsible for owning and executing all Riviera Dining Group nightlife-related content, communications, and on-site coverage. This role sits at the intersection of music, content, and community, ensuring DJ programming, creative assets, and real time nightlife moments are strategically planned, executed, and amplified across all marketing channels.
This position requires familiarity with nightlife culture, DJ talent, peak event weeks, and fast-paced creative production timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Nightlife Programming & Activations
- Oversee marketing for all nightlife activations, DJ performances, DJ lineups in collaboration with the Music Director.
- Coordinate and manage DJ announcements for peak weeks and special events (F1, Miami Art Week, Miami Music Week, New Year’s Eve, and other high-profile activations).
- Ensure nightlife programming aligns with brand positioning, audience expectations, and cultural moments.
Creative & Asset Management
- Oversee all nightlife-related creative assets including photo, video, and graphic content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers to ensure all DJ assets (announcements, recaps, stories, posts, etc.) are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Conceptualize and edit upcoming DJ lineup announcement promotional video content for social media channels
- Review, organize, and maintain an up-to-date asset library for all nightlife content.
- Coordinate DJ video recaps with videographers
On-Site Coverage & Content Capture
- Capture on-site phone coverage of DJ sets, performances, and nightlife moments and optimized for social platforms (Stories, Reels, short-form video).
- Ensure brand voice, aesthetic, and energy are consistently reflected on-site.
Social & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the Music Director, Social Media team, and Project Managers to publish nightlife-related content, include DJ announcements and events across social media and additional marketing channels.
- Support nightlife content planning, scheduling, and rollout for both organic and paid initiatives.
Community & Influencer Relations
- Book and manage nightlife influencer tables and guestlist in alignment with brand and event objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with nightlife influencers, DJs, blogs and tastemakers.
- Provide recap content assets to DJ agencies including video, photo, and phone content
- Ensure influencer presence enhances atmosphere, reach, and brand perception.
- Encourage DJ community tastemakers and blogs see and redistribute key DJ moments from our venue DJ performances
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle marketing.
- Strong understanding of DJ culture, nightlife programming, and event-based marketing.
- Proven experience managing creative assets and working with designers and agencies.
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and peak event weeks.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Strong eye for content, trends, and real-time social storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
