Content Creator (Short-Form Video & Community)

We’re looking for a hands-on Content Creator who can concept, shoot, and edit their own content and understands how to make short-form video feel fun, current, and culturally relevant.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes Reels, TikTok, and digital storytelling, has a strong eye for pacing and trends, and enjoys capturing real moments in the community. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to bring our brand to life through engaging, scroll-stopping video content.

What You’ll Do

● Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories

● Capture in-store, community, and lifestyle moments that feel authentic, energetic, and on-brand

● Turn everyday moments into compelling digital stories

● Create fun, snappy edits with strong hooks, pacing, and music choices

● Assist with content calendars and scheduling/posting (when appropriate)

● Support influencer collaborations by capturing content during visits, events, or activations

● Stay current on platform trends, sounds, and formats — and apply them thoughtfully

What We’re Looking For

● Based in Los Angeles and available to shoot on location regularly

● Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content

● Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram Reels culture

● Comfortable shooting on a phone or camera and editing independently

● Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)

● Strong eye for framing, pacing, transitions, and storytelling

● Ability to work quickly, iterate, and adapt to feedback

● Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

● Comfortable collaborating with marketing, design, and community teams

Nice to Have

● Experience capturing content for food, lifestyle, wellness, or retail brands

● Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors

● On-camera presence (not required, but a plus)

● Familiarity with content planning tools or social schedulers

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: $24.53 - $29.54 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
