Full-Time Social Media Operations Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content—including posts, stories, and short videos—across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
  • Coordinate and manage influencer and media collaborations
  • Assist the marketing team with content shoots and on-site production
  • Using project management tools (such as Monday) to manage team workflows

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related fields
  • Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to create both creative and professional content
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content algorithms
  • Self-driven and able to manage tasks independently
  • Strong sense of branding and visual aesthetics

Nice to Have:

  • A strong passion about photography or video creation
