RedotPay is a global crypto payment fintech that integrates blockchain solutions into traditional banking and finance infrastructure. They are seeking a passionate Influencer Marketing Manager to expand their influencer network and drive user growth, connecting local communities with global crypto innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard influencers across TikTok, Instagram, BoltHires, and other major platforms within your region.
  • Manage influencer collaboration end-to-end — negotiation, paid collaboration, contracts, and performance tracking.
  • Drive influencer performance by formulating collaboration strategies and incentive plans aimed at maximizing Revenue and ROI.
  • Manage and nurture a large portfolio of influencer relationships through structured communication, performance tracking, and incentive strategy.
  • Support global campaign rollouts (e.g., Influencer campaigns, seasonal events, product launches).
  • Provide localized market insights and feedback to HQ to help refine global strategies and campaigns.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in English (working language)
  • Native speakers of the BoltHires languages based on regions
  • Strong understanding of social media; ideally, you are already an influencer with an active audience base.
  • Deep passion for influencer marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven and result-oriented, capable of working independently.
  • Strong sense of accountability and adaptability across global time zones.
  • Familiarity with Crypto, Web3, or FinTech industries is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing is highly preferred.
