The TikTok Shop & UGC Strategy Specialist is responsible for developing and executing Spirit Jersey’s TikTok Shop growth strategy. This role focuses on driving revenue through TikTok Shop optimization, creator partnerships, UGC sourcing, product merchandising, and platform-specific sales tactics. They will also support light content creation when needed, but the core of the role is operational excellence, strategic growth, and building TikTok into a major commerce driver for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Owns day-to-day management of TikTok Shop, ensuring products, collections, pricing, and promotions are optimized for maximum conversion.
  • Builds and executes TikTok Shop growth strategies, including product pinning, live shopping integration, and conversion-focused content planning.
  • Analyzes platform trends, algorithm behavior, and category performance to guide merchandising decisions.
  • Manages inventory visibility, product availability, and campaign alignment with E-Commerce and Planning teams.

Creator & Affiliate Program Management

  • Identifies, recruits, and manages TikTok creators, affiliates, and influencers who drive TikTok Shop sales.
  • Distributes product samples, develops briefs, tracks deliverables, and measures sales impact.
  • Builds a high-performing network of creators participating in affiliate programs and live shopping.
  • Monitors creator performance, optimizing based on ROI, conversion rate, and shop impact.

UGC Sourcing & Asset Production

  • Sources, coordinates, and organizes UGC content from creators, customers, partners, and affiliates.
  • Helps fill content gaps with occasional in-house videos (simple demos, product showcases, try-ons).
  • Works closely with social media team to supply UGC assets for ads and conversion-focused placements.
  • Maintains a scalable library of TikTok-friendly UGC content tagged by product, style, and usage.

Platform Optimization

  • Tests product titles, descriptions, hashtags, features, and video pairings to maximize TikTok Shop discoverability.
  • Optimizes PDPs within the TikTok ecosystem to increase click-through and conversion.
  • Implements platform best practices for shop campaigns, promotions, and algorithm boosts.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Tracks TikTok Shop sales, affiliate revenue, funnel performance, and creator contribution.
  • Provides weekly and monthly insights to Growth, E-Commerce, and Marketing leadership.
  • Identifies opportunities for scale: product expansion, content formats, creator recruitment, and conversion tactics.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in TikTok Shop, marketplace management, affiliate programs, social commerce, or digital merchandising.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, Shop features, creator ecosystem, and commerce tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and translate them into action.
  • Experience managing creators, affiliates, or influencer programs strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable producing content.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and motivated by revenue growth and performance metrics.

Salary Range
$USD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
