Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our paid media, social media, reputation, and growth marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands modern digital channels of paid search, paid social, organic social, SEO, content, online reputation, PR, and partnerships—and can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical: someone who can launch and optimize campaigns, create and post high-engagement content, actively manage brand reputation, analyze performance data, and make sound judgment calls without constant supervision. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors, manage multiple competing initiatives, and help shape our digital growth and brand visibility strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage paid media programs across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok, with a focus on ROI, budgeting, targeting, creative testing, and performance reporting.
  • Lead organic social media strategy and execution across Meta and TikTok, with a strong emphasis on high engagement, frequent posting, trend awareness, social SEO, influencer marketing, and audience growth.
  • Identify, secure, manage, and scale corporate partnerships, co-branding initiatives, affiliate programs, and other growth-oriented collaborations.
  • Support and enhance SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) efforts, including keyword research, technical SEO fundamentals, and on-page optimization using tools such as SEMRush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Update and manage WordPress websites, including posting blogs, updating landing pages, and ensuring content aligns with SEO, performance, and brand goals.
  • Own and support Online Reputation Management (ORM) efforts, including monitoring and optimizing presence across review platforms and directories (e.g., Google Reviews, Yelp, Birdeye), responding to reviews, and implementing best practices to improve ratings and sentiment.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance using tools such as GA4, Looker (or similar BI tools), and platform-native analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Support planning, execution, and performance evaluation for outdoor and offline advertising efforts, ensuring alignment with broader digital and brand strategies.
  • Manage PR initiatives that generate brand awareness, credibility, and positive visibility across digital and earned media channels.
  • Work with external agencies to manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns at scale.
  • Deep familiarity with social media platforms, especially Meta and TikTok, and a demonstrated ability to drive engagement is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, content publishing, working knowledge of HTML and technical website fundamentals to support site health, page performance, and SEO best practices.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles, tools, technical considerations, and new trends in AEO.
  • Prior experience with vendor management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience with online reputation management (ORM), including review platforms, best practices, and brand sentiment optimization.
  • Experience supporting or executing PR initiatives focused on awareness, credibility, and earned media.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and exposure to outdoor or offline advertising.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight, taking ownership and accountability for outcomes.
  • Ability to exercise strong judgment in prioritizing work, escalating issues appropriately, and balancing multiple competing projects.
