Role Description

This is an unpaid hybrid internship role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area with the flexibility of working from home. As an Intern at Bao Communications, your will be responsible for supporting the agency's daily operations in areas such as social media, media relations, content creation, and influencer marketing. You will work closely with the team on various projects, such as creating media lists, coordinating events and influencer partnerships, drafting press releases and social media content, and supporting client campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media, media relations, content creation, and influencer marketing
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, Canva would be a plus
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics is a plus
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
