The Role
As Brand Director, you will be the architect of our public image and the engine behind our growth.
You will own the brand's voice, visual identity, and strategic market positioning. This isn't just about "making things look pretty"—it’s about driving lead generation, converting customers, retention, sustaining profitable growth, and scaling our reputation as the best in the business.
In this role, you’ll serve as both advisor and operator. Identifying growth constraints, crafting winning marketing strategies, and translating them into clear, executable plans. You’ll go deep inside our business to diagnose marketing problems, shape solutions, and ensure we have the systems and skills to scale.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and Lead: Demonstrate deep expertise across key marketing disciplines, including paid acquisition, funnels, creative strategy, messaging, and conversion optimization.
- Omnichannel Brand Strategy: Execute a cohesive brand vision across social, web, email, and in-clinic experiences.
- High-Impact Campaigns: Develop and implement a robust Google Ads and Meta strategy to ensure we are capturing high-intent leads.
- Reputation Management: Curate a "5-star" brand presence through PR, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
- Creative Direction: Conceptualize and lead the production of high-quality content.
- Client Journey Optimization: Audit every touchpoint—from the first ad click to the post-treatment follow-up.
- Performance: Drive measurable growth through consistent strategy and measurable and KPIs.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in branding and marketing with a proven track record of driving growth
- Deep expertise across several of the following areas:
- Managing paid campaigns on Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms
- Tracking and optimizing key performance metrics such as CAC, CPM, and LTV
- Customer acquisition, landing page optimization, lead magnets, and funnel design across multiple business models
- Leadership experience in building, managing, or developing high-performing marketing teams
- Exceptionally consistent, know how to work hard while keeping the atmosphere fun and motivating, collaborate well with others, proactive and take initiative, outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and skincare.
Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000 (offers bonus)
The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is not inclusive of benefits.
