Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to maximize reach and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including posts, videos, graphics, and photography using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; use findings to refine strategies.
- Execute targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to increase visibility and conversions.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
- Maintain strong relationship management with influencers, partners, and community members to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation and campaign management.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and how they integrate into social media strategies.
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing; familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for branding consistency; ability to craft compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
