Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing innovative social media strategies, managing brand presence across platforms, and leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content creation, and audience engagement to elevate our brand visibility and foster meaningful relationships with our target audience.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct social listening to gauge public sentiment, identify trends, and respond to customer inquiries or feedback promptly.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and conversions.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to manage brand reputation and execute branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce teams for promotional activities that support online sales growth.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and audience engagement.
  • Expertise in SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
  • Skilled in content creation including photography, video editing, graphic design, and proofreading.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce integration.
  • Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with audiences, influencers, media outlets, and partners.
  • Ability to analyze data insights from web analytics to optimize marketing efforts effectively.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles combined with public relations experience for maintaining a positive brand image.
