Role Overview:
As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will support the execution and growth of employee influencer programs for some of the world’s most respected brands using the BN Influencer platform. You’ll assist with client communications, help implement strategic plans, and support the team in identifying opportunities to deliver value. You'll also contribute to platform adoption by helping clients get comfortable with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, eager to learn, and excited to gain experience in marketing, project coordination, and client services. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and cross-functional partners, gaining hands-on exposure to employee influencer strategies and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Relationship Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for client questions and requests, providing timely and helpful support.
- Help maintain positive client relationships by assisting with updates, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Participate in client meetings and document action items to ensure clear communication.
Strategy Execution Assistance:
- Support the team in implementing strategies and plans for employee influencer programs.
- Help gather and organize information to align our efforts with client goals.
- Contribute ideas and feedback during team brainstorming and planning sessions.
Platform Support & Education:
- Assist in onboarding clients to the BN Influencer platform by helping with training materials, walkthroughs, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with the product support team to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
- Encourage platform usage by helping clients understand key features and best practices.
Project Coordination:
- Help track project timelines, deliverables, and updates using tools like Asana.
- Coordinate with internal teams (like creative, product, and support) to keep work moving forward.
- Support the team in preparing presentations, client decks, and documentation.
Insights & Reporting:
- Help compile and organize program data to highlight progress and performance.
- Assist in creating basic reports and summaries that showcase client results.
- Learn to identify insights that support client goals and inform future strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to improving internal processes by sharing ideas and feedback.
- Stay curious and informed about social media trends, influencer marketing, and client success strategies.
- Be an active, positive member of the Client Solutions team and eager to grow in your role.
Requirements: Qualifications:
Experience: Internship or 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or client service role.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage tasks and timelines.
- Comfortable learning and using digital tools (experience with Asana or similar tools is a plus).
- Curious, analytical mindset with a desire to learn from data.
- Collaborative and enthusiastic about working in a team setting.

Pay Rate:
$50,000-$65,000 base salary
