Job Title: Brand Partnerships & Collaborations Manager Reports to: Director of Marketing
FLSA Status: Full-time; Exempt
Purpose The Brand Partnerships & Collaborations Manager is responsible for identifying, securing, and overseeing product collaboration opportunities that expand Peepers brand reach and drive new product creation. This role is primarily focused on sourcing and landing co-branded product collaborations with brands and creators. This role will also support a portfolio of influencer and promotional partnerships that amplify existing Peepers products.
This individual will own collaborations end-to-end—building a robust partner pipeline, pitching concepts, supporting negotiations and contracts, and leading cross-functional coordination to bring co-created products to life. They will work closely with Product Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Legal, and Marketing to ensure collaboration success, then partner with channel owners for a smooth go-to-market handoff.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product collaboration pipeline by identifying, prospecting, and pitching new partnership opportunities aligned with Peepers brand and customer.
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of potential collaboration partners through networking, outreach, market research, trend monitoring, and events.
- Develop collaboration concepts and pitch materials that clearly articulate shared value, audience fit, and creative/product potential.
- Lead earlystage partner conversations, discovery, and alignment around product vision, audience, and business goals.
- Support deal structuring and negotiation in partnership with leadership, Legal, and Finance, including:
- Product scope, design ownership, and approval processes
- Timelines and launch windows
- Financial terms (royalties, revenue share, cost structure, minimums)
- Marketing commitments and deliverables
- Exclusivity, category limitations, and usage rights
- Serve as the internal collaboration “quarterback,” bringing together Product Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Creative, and Marketing teams to execute cocreated products.
- Translate partner vision into clear internal briefs and manage collaboration milestones through concepting, design reviews, prototyping, and production checkpoints.
- Manage ongoing partner communication, timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure a positive experience and ontime execution.
- Coordinate and align crossfunctional teams to resolve roadblocks quickly and keep collaboration projects moving forward.
- Partner with Marketing channel owners (Creative, Social, Email, PR, Wholesale, Ecommerce) to provide strong collaboration briefs, partner needs, and required assets for launch.
- Stay engaged through launch to support partner approvals, asset needs, and relationship maintenance.
- Support a small portfolio of influencer and promotional partnerships that spotlight existing Peepers products and can evolve into product collaborations.
- Track collaboration performance and postlaunch learnings; share insights to improve future partnership strategy and execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive collaboration activity to bring fresh partner ideas and inspiration to the team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 46+ years of experience in brand partnerships, collaborations, influencer marketing, or related marketing roles (consumer products preferred).
- Proven ability to source, pitch, and secure partnerships; direct experience with product collaborations or cobranded launches strongly preferred.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills and comfort with proactive outreach (including cold outreach).
- Experience supporting or leading negotiation and contract processes with crossfunctional partners.
- Excellent project management and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and timelines simultaneously.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and followthrough.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with practical business and operational needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

- Viewing computer terminal, perceiving, and transcribing data with accuracy and keyboarding
