What You'll Do:

Performance & Accountability

  • Own marketing metrics, including Client Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, ROI by channel, and attribution models.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, and influencer campaigns.
  • Set clear expectations and deadlines for external partners; hold them accountable for results and ROI.
  • Provide leadership with weekly and monthly reports highlighting wins, risks, and improvement areas.

Project & Team Leadership

  • Build and manage the marketing roadmap, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are executed on time.
  • Supervise the Digital Marketing Specialist, providing direction and coaching.
  • Oversee internal marketing projects such as website updates, HubSpot enhancements, and dashboards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and Coordination teams to align campaigns with real client needs and feedback.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging reflect our premium, concierge positioning.
  • Communicate upcoming campaigns, timelines, and results to internal stakeholders.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Design and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and other tools.
  • Implement and refine attribution models to understand channel performance.
  • Lead post-campaign reviews to identify lessons learned and apply optimizations.

Brand & Reputation Management

  • Position our services to clearly communicate and reinforce our premium value, ensuring that the price point is matched by the quality of experience and outcomes perceived by our clients.
  • Review and approve content created by the Digital Marketing Specialist or external partners.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging remain consistent across all digital, print, and client communications.
  • Oversee strategy for reviews, testimonials, and reputation-building initiatives to strengthen our premium positioning.

Innovation & Growth

  • Recommend and test new channels, offers, or tactics to improve our acquisition funnel.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation across campaigns, ensuring results are tracked and applied.
  • Stay informed on competitors, industry trends, market positioning, and healthcare/medical tourism marketing practices to ensure we remain competitive and aligned with best practices.
  • Proactively surface new ideas and challenge assumptions when strategies

What We Look For:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or growth marketing roles.
  • Experience managing external agencies and ensuring ROI.
  • HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) expertise in reporting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset; able to translate numbers into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence and push back when needed.
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, or travel industries.
  • Working knowledge of key digital channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing, social media brand management, SEO, and email marketing
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Startup or lean environment preferred.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00. Individual salaries within those ranges takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
