About the job
MARKETING GENERALIST
The Marketing Generalist Intern is the coordinating force that keeps our creative world moving. You will sit at the center of the book launch, the 1M Manifesto Movement, the YouTube platform, and our service business that works with some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Your work creates clarity for the entire team. You will help organize priorities across design, video, and social, translate ideas into actionable steps, and keep the content calendar and project timelines on track. This role ensures that the creative energy around you turns into real momentum that ships every week.
You will support the full marketing pipeline from concept to execution to launch. That includes shaping creative briefs, supporting influencer outreach, tracking deadlines, organizing assets, and gathering performance insights. You will be part strategist, part organizer, and part problem solver. When something is unclear, you make it clear. When a project starts drifting, you bring it back to center. When the team needs alignment, you are the one who helps everyone stay connected to the mission and the goals for the week.
This role fits someone who loves building order in a fast moving environment and who naturally steps into responsibility without waiting to be asked. You do not need to be a specialist in design or editing, but you should understand how creative teams work and enjoy making their work easier and more effective. Strong communication, initiative, and reliability are essential. If you thrive in organized chaos, enjoy connecting people and ideas, and want a front row seat to a meaningful book launch and a rapidly growing movement, this internship will give you real experience you can be proud of.
