We are looking for an Account Supervisor to support one of our largest enterprise technology clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and drive highly impactful communications.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the day-to-day client lead for key workstreams, managing ongoing communications, ensuring strong client service, and overseeing delivery of high-quality work.
- Leading internal account teams across projects by establishing clear roles, timelines, priorities, and workflow management.
- Monitoring and flagging client, competitor, and industry coverage, developing media coverage reports, and tracking major media moves.
- Providing strategic counsel on media strategy, narrative development, industry issues, and emerging technology trends such as AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Supporting executive communications programs by developing leadership narratives, messaging platforms, and thought leadership content for senior executives.
- Overseeing the development of briefing materials for executive interviews, including schedules, messaging, and reporter backgrounds.
- Researching, writing, editing, and reviewing press materials such as press releases, pitches, briefing documents, fact sheets, contributed articles, and client correspondence.
- Cultivating and leveraging media relationships while guiding and supporting proactive outreach by the broader team.
- Managing and mentoring junior team members through clear direction, feedback, and professional development.
- Participating in team-wide and client-facing brainstorms on announcement planning, media strategy, and message development.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of key client information—including business strategy, industry context, products, and competitive landscape—to inform program recommendations.
- Advising clients on emerging industry trends and proactively recommending narrative pivots or media opportunities.

- You bring experience in executive communications and feel confident advising senior leaders on messaging, thought leadership, and public positioning.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields, ideally supporting enterprise technology clients
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated understanding of the enterprise technology and AI industry and principles of integrated communications marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly curious about technology, news, and people
- A team player – collaborative and participatory with a diverse cross-section of stakeholders and clients
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of tech industry landscape and top tech journalists, outlets, influencers
- Ability to use social media platforms for storymining and industry trendspotting
- Ability to adapt to new conditions, deadlines and assignments
- Strong work ethic and follow-through, and the desire to provide high quality work to clients and teams
- Pragmatic attitude with problem solving capabilities, with confidence to proactively share your ideas
- Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Comfortable with using AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance content development, research, and workflow efficiency; comfortable exploring emerging technologies to uplevel work and drive smarter results
- Strong grasp of the AI and enterprise software landscape, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling communications
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy
$68,000 - $96,000 a year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
