Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Brand Ambassador to elevate our brand presence across various digital platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and fostering strong relationships with our online community. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies, social listening, and branding principles to effectively promote our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compelling social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement utilizing tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights for strategic planning.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices in digital marketing.
  • Analyze web and social media analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions.
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities to foster brand loyalty and expand reach.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising or other paid social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Understanding of branding principles, relationship management, public relations strategies, and e-commerce integration is desirable.
