Radio Production Assistant - Columbia

We pay 50/50 the first 30 days, then $5HR + tips & commission next 60 days, then $10HR plus commission after 90 days of successful completion of BASIC TRAINING -- booking 5 Artists, 5 Vendors, and 250 Guests for the RBR Drakko OMG 2026 Tour Invitational. This includes creating news content for our WEBSITE & TIKTOK pages reposted to FB, IG, YT, etc.

WQEB 97.3 Radio Cafe is seeking GIFT OF GAB experienced (or we can also train) content creators, influencers, public speakers, podcasters etc.... for our RADIO LINE-UP!!! We need help with radio/music programming, radio/film production, news reporting, and casting/developing/booking our artists. This job is commission to salary as our brand evolves with the right Radio PA to Radio Co-Host:

SHIFT 12-4PM: RADIO CAFE LIVE: A four- hour block of 60m TIKTOK livestreams between Queen in-studio and 1 co-host on-site ...

MON: North: Norcross, Doraville, Tucker, Perimeter / Northeast
TUE: East: Decatur, Stonecrest, Lithonia, Stone Mountain / East Coast
WED: Central: Downtown, Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Bankhead / Mid-west
THU: West:, Marietta, Mableton, Douglasville, South Fulton / West Coast
FRI: South: East Point, College Park, Jonesboro, Forest Park / South-Southwest

DUTIES: Find film location, create T2D for location, cover events for location, pitch trending topics, book radio guests, and deliver ON-BRAND media talent.

SHIFT 4-8PM: THIS IS QEB: A two-hour news magazine on-air & INSTAGRAM livestream featuring top stories, DJ mix, 4-6 interviews , and 60m podcast anchored by Queen and 3 co-hosts…

MON (faith): Christian, Muslim, and Spiritualist
TUE (music & culture): DOWNTOWN: College Students: AUC, GT/GSU, or SAE
WED (politics): Biracial, LGBTQ+, Conservative
THU (health & wellness): WESTEND: Vegan/vegetarian, African, Caribbean/Latino
FRI (entertainment): Fashion, Film, Sports

DUTIES: Find DJ mixes, create T2D for beat, cover events for beat, pitch trending topics in beat, book radio guests in beat, and deliver ON-BRAND media talent.

BUSINESS: Business Planning, Management, Human Resources, Finance. CONTENT: Behind the scenes working for QEB or bonding activities, general business, consumer tech, finance.

FOOD: Culinary Arts, PR, Marketing. CONTENT: Cooking demos, health benefits of ingredients, or restaurant reviews.

COMMUNITY: Non-profit Finance, Social Work, Real Estate Development, PR, Marketing. CONTENT: Cafe City updates, generating wealth, cultural affairs and community service.

RADIO: Programming, Production, News, Media Sales. CONTENT: Local to International hard news.

FASHION: Fashion Styling, Fashion Merchandising, PR, Marketing. CONTENT: Local to International fashion news.

MUSIC: Songwriting, Music Production, Artist Development, PR, Marketing. CONTENT: Local to International music news.

FILM: Photography, Videography, PR & Marketing. CONTENT: Local to International film news.
