Summary of the Job:

A content creator is generally expected to plan, produce, and publish engaging material across digital platforms that aligns with a brand’s goals and target audience. Their responsibilities include researching trends, generating creative ideas, writing or scripting content, and producing visuals such as photos, graphics, or videos. They must maintain a consistent tone and quality, optimize content for platforms and search engines, and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects. Content creators also monitor performance metrics, engage with audiences through comments or messages, and adapt strategies based on feedback and analytics to improve reach, relevance, and impact, while also networking and collaborating with influencers and partners to expand visibility and credibility.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute content ideas aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Create high-quality written, visual, and/or video content for multiple digital platforms.
  • Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor content.
  • Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine content to maintain brand voice and quality standards.
  • Optimize content for platform algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to improve content effectiveness.
  • Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, or other internal teams to support campaigns.
  • Network with and partner alongside influencers, creators, or brand collaborators.
  • Adapt content strategies based on analytics, feedback, and emerging trends.
  • Maintain organized files, assets, and documentation related to content production.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisory staff. Duties may include filling in as a Customer Experience Associate and/or Card Room Sales Associate.

Other Functions:

  • Able to lift up to 20lbs with some frequency.
  • Able to continuously sit, stand or walk.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED.
  • Able to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
  • Flexible with schedule as needed to accommodate the needs of the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
