Brief Description As the Influencer Marketing Strategist , you will be responsible for the creation and execution of complex, multi-creator influencer marketing campaigns that advance our clients’ missions to build awareness, engage new audiences, and drive action. This role owns the full campaign lifecycle, from strategic planning and creator selection through content development, campaign execution, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. They demonstrate strong judgment, an ability to identify emerging social media trends early, and a knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, platforms, and performance KPIs. This role will collaborate closely with the Influencer Relations Manager and the Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help bring nonprofit stories to life through creators, while ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard of client service.

Your Impact:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing plans that reflect a full understanding of the client’s mission, goals, and measurements of success.
- Serve as the client-facing point of contact for influencer marketing strategy, providing strategic guidance, campaign updates, and performance insights throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Lead campaign strategy development, including target audience definition, key messaging, platform selection, creator mix, and success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the Influencer Relations Manager to vet, recommend, and approve mission-aligned creators based on authenticity, audience quality, brand-safety considerations, and overall campaign fit.
- Manage and approve influencer content to ensure all contracted deliverables are met on time, comply with platform and FTC requirements, include required tags and disclosures, and align with client messaging standards.
- Oversee day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality and professionalism.
- Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and third-party tools; synthesize results into clear, client-ready reports with insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities.
- Present post-campaign reporting and insights to clients, including KPI performance, learnings, and strategic recommendations for future influencer initiatives.
- Manager and administer influencer marketing activities across multiple client accounts or industry segments in alignment with client objectives.
Your Profile:
- 3 years of experience in influencer talent management, campaign design or campaign execution, either through a marketing agency or a corporate brand. or more years of experience in influencer talent management, campaign design or campaign execution, either through a marketing agency or a corporate brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Must be able to multitask and able to consistently manage 3+ projects at a time.
- Must be comfortable working for an agency.
- Experience creating presentation decks using Google Slides, Canva, or PowerPoint required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, dependable, and proactive.
- Creative problem-solver and proactive team player.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
